This website and its ferry booking services are operated by NEELIPAY PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), under the brand name NEELIPAY.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Booking and Tickets
-Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time mentioned.
- Passengers must carry a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket.
- Check-in closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
3. Onboard Conduct
Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger whose conduct is disruptive or poses a safety risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
NEELIPAY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, cancellations, or loss of luggage, except as required by law.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
